Thought in the first half QPR did not play like an 'Arry team - we were able to take full advantage of their lack of pressing.  Agree that the first goal was a real quality finish - he made it look so easy and did that for most of the first half.

While that is what we should be doing away at QPR and the like, it is what we have not been doing so I will happily take an easy win to end the year.

And on the Lord of the Manor - the co-commentator said he needed to spend more time on the training ground and less at the hairdressers - gold.

As 'arry would say     Soo are ez   different class.

However the MOTD pundits declared it (QPR) the worst performance from any team this year.

One positive is that we'll now have Sturridge playing for us in our next match :).

      Is that confirmed ?

QPR:  'arry reckons he has players on money there ....far more than Spurs pay.
Best thing would be the drop .... a reality check and cancellation of some of the Hughes approved insane contracts.

Decent performance from the lads especially first half, qpr are just sh*te all round and are doomed.

Thought we Luis was boss with good performances from Gerrard & Enrique, Johnson, the rest were good without being flattering, @ 0-3 half-time I expected 5 or 6 at the end,
Again we relied too much on Suarez and with stiffer opposition would have been different, but a win is a win and you can only play what's in front of you,

8 pts off our intended target and with additions to come in I'm confident we can push on and challenge for a CL spot,
We've had a wee kick in the balls V villa & the stokies apart from those results we would all be in a better place right now,

The second half of the season favours us and I can see us being more consistent and more clinical,

Black cats up next, we'll do them 3-1

      COYR

Wishing all my fellow Reds a happy & prosperous new year

Not confirmed but I assume so. Sturridge isn't in Chelsea's squad anymore, he's had a medical and the paperwork all but ready to do first thing on the 1st.

Anyway, we were class. QPR were sh*te but we had to beat them, and we did easily. QPR are getting relegated if they play like that. Awful!!

Also as a side-note, I loved seeing Gerrard smash into that fairy Fabio after he body checked Raheem!

Watched first half in full late on last night. We got out quick and were good value in first half. That's the way to start games!

Well done BR, back room and players. Now lets make it the norm.

      C'mon redmen!

Really can't work out why QPR started so slow and didn't press and harrass us like Stoke did. We murder teams who don't do this....happy days..

He is in the squad ...player No.23 on the Chav web site.

May still get lost on the M6.

Very quiet in here..you wouldn't think we just had a convincing 3-0 away win.

Very good first half performance from us yesterday. I wouldn't go as far as saying as it's the best we've played all season but it was very good. We won the game and were able to sit back and relax in the second and be comfortable, altho we didn't look it at times and I must admit that I was worried a couple of times for our clean sheet.

We all would have liked us to kick on and score more in the second half, the lack of goals in the 2nd half could be a reason why it doesn't seem a convincing victory as it was, maybe if it was 0-1 HT and 0-3 FT, I might be different, who knows? It probably was bosses orders to relax a bit and conserve the energy seeing as we're playing again midweek. I know we would all rather the 3-0 win at QPR and 1-0 at home v Sunderland than a 5-0 at QPR and 0-0 in the Sunderland game. It'll probably be the same players playing too, with the exception of Jose.

All in all, a good win and takes us to 4 wins in 6 now which is good. It goes without saying tho that this win means nothing unless we can built upon it with the win midweek.
