      If this is true I have to say, he can only go there for money, not for football, so I'm almost pleased we're not getting him... not the kind of commitment I'd like to see on any LFC player.

      Haven't particularly followed this, but it's an exciting player to be linked with. If true we offered him £120k p/w, but he's off to Gala then he's a grade A c**t and I wish him the worst luck there, because that is a soft sh*te attitude.

      On the other hand though, nothing confirmed, so come on Wes, get yourself to Melwood!

      Apparently, his agent was flying into Manchester tonight from Milan and the flight was diverted to Newcastle.

      I would love it, even if we did blow a lot of money, we have wasted more on other things, stadiums that dont get built for example.

      Would give us a real injection for the remainder of this season....
