I will never understand it how can players be so injury prone. This is his 10th injury whilst at Liverpool alone and one which has coincided with him signing a new bumper fukn squlion dollar a year deal.

How did Suarez get through 3 and a bit seasons without a single injury participating in the same training sessions and methods and playing matches at an intensity I have never seen before?

It will be insane in here if comes back and gets injured after a couple of games!

the problem with Daniel (and it is a big problem) is he has been here 2 years in January and has so far played just 40 games for us because of injury.He has only played 80 plus times in his career which goes back as far as man City in 2006/7.
if we pin our hopes on him getting us up the league we have to start doing a lot more praying.
I would argue that there is no way he should play international football until his injuries are sorted out.

Just looked on Wiki (I know! ) which shows him playing 192 club matches and a further 10 international matches as on 31 August 2014.

Don't know where the "80 plus times in his career" comes from? Unless it's 80 + 120?

The lad tends to be injury prone, as we all know, but his goals are a major asset to the side, when he is fully fit and on the field, giving a massive boost to the team.

Shame he seems to be from the same genetic pool as Fabio Aurelio.

That's the point I've been making in other threads though. Even if they double mark Sturridge, he at least MOVES, opening up space for others. The only movement Balotelli has displayed is being offside or dropping super deep.

I don't think we'll see the best in Sturridge for a month though, he's been out a while and will need a few games to get that match sharpness back Hope I'm wrong though!!!!
