Were the press just waiting for Barnes to mess up?

Actually yes at times, the comparison about why he could not do what he did for Liverpool, for England and a piece about him in the mirror, were they even had a cartoon of him lying on a shrink's couch.

      Crikey, I remember that.

Barnes was doing the business for us, that's all I really cared about at the time.

I've been away for a few hours, I've come back and gone over the last few pages of dialogue. It's absolutely nuts!

For the record, I don't think what Suarez did was the cleverest thing he's ever done. I hope the manager has told him it is best not to go saying anything to anyone before consulting him (or whoever) first. I know he was being honest, but there are those out there who will only be too happy to make him choke on that honesty.

I apologise for the bad mouthing of others, nothing personal, just keyboard rage.

Right or wrong, it's not the done thing, so I'm sorry.

      Let's tw*t Norwich

Suarez talking about how he gets fouled and goes down when kicked because if he stays on his feet he gets F**k all. Used the Stoke incident as an exception because everybody knew that was blatently a dive.

Can't believe anybody blames anybody but the English press for the furore over this.

Is this cheating? From todays game

Liverpool crowd calling for a handball in the box, even tho the Norwich player had the ball knocked of his arm at pace from 2 feet

And Stevie looking for a corner from the ref when Luis clearly had the last touch

Those of you hammering Luis please answer these questions

No, the ball hit hand, accidental, but crowds are always going to call for penalties - it's a knee jerk reaciton. That and the fact that if you are manure, you'll likely get the penatly

If Stevie knew it came off Luis, then yes, it's cheating
