Was thinking about this the other day

After going obviously bat-sh*t mental in the ground after the barcodes game when we get the trophy, I would then buy a 'champions' scarf outside the ground, and then go to my old dad's grave (ex season ticket holder who died a few years ago now) , tie the scarf round the headstone and say a heartfelt "Thank You" to him for bringing me up a liverpool fan in the 70's and 80's when I still lived up there.

So, little bit sombre, but that is what i would do.

Now we just need to go and win the damn thing.

I couldn't get over in 2005 after the CL.
I was having chemotherapy in a Toulouse hospital...and when we won it.
Every day since then is special one .... so I will be partying on the steps of St Georges Hall.

If we win it with a game to spare (as in we can't lose it on the last day) I'll be flying in to celebrate in the city

If its on the last day as I expect then I don't know what I'm gonna do, should be some massive celebration somewhere here

I've earmarked a few days off so as I can jump on a train to L4, there is no way in hell am I missing the  "Return of our Crown', back from it's long journey abroad,

Not booked any B&B yet but I am open to offers like

When we win the EPL (this season) it will bring all the memories  of excellent managers flooding back. I can imagine Bill, Bob and Joe  saying about F***ing time, what has kept you so long. I should also mention Kenny Dalglish and George Kay who won the old first division in my time of supporting the MIGHTY REDS.ALSO we should never forget the fantastic players who won us so many trophies over the years.

I will be hungover for 2 months. That I can do.

Would not miss that celebration... I am already asking for a day two off from work Just in case

Great idea Debs, f**k it let's have the party regardless, win it or not,this season is deserving of a celebration cos at the very least we'll know no 19 is imminent even if we have to wait another year.

I will be on the Kop for the Chavs game.....what a match that could turn out to be and to be in the ground on the last day of the season when we could possibly see Stevie lift the Premiership trophy, well I'd be beside myself with happiness all over again, it seems a very very long time ago since I saw us do it last time.

Gotta try and keep my emotions in check here,my Dad died 06,we watched the champions league final together,we consoled each other at half time,and he could see my dejection at half time,and all he kept saying to me was it's not over yet lad,it was and still is the best night out i have ever had,so if we win i can look up to the stars and say,we did it Dad.

Would love to be there if / when we do it....reckon my mrs would go for it too she loves the city and I just can't imagine.

If not there in person - I will be drinking the finest malt and glancing up to my old man who described Liverpool as Shankly's winning machine.

I reckon we should have a party on the 11th May anyway. 

However the season ends, whether we win it or not, we can all take comfort that we are back to our best and can look forward to next season without worry, fear or dread.

Another step closer......and what a very big step it was 

If Scum can get a draw or a win in the Manc derby on Tuesday then our title challenge is in our own hands - win all of our remaining matches and we are the league champions.

 

If we've won it before or on the day of the barcodes game I'm either flying to Liverpool for it or driving via ROTTERDAM/ZEEBRUGGE picking up any LFC Forum members on the way (6 spare seats in my people carrier).

If there's a session happening, I'll be there!
