If everyone was fit and available to play what would be your starting line up for England...?

At the moment I'd go for:

Johnson     Cahill       ?         Baines

Walcott    Gerrard    Wilshere    Ox

                      Rooney

                     Sturridge

I'd go for that team too and play Jagielka as the other centre half.

Problem solved I was also torn between Heskey and Sturridge up-front...

Hard to decide which CBs to use at the moment. I like Cahill but lately I haven't been impressed.

I wouldn't pick Gerrard because I want him to retire from England to get every last bit out of him for Liverpool.

I'm glad I'm not the only one baffled by who to play at CB. I would have probably had lescott with cahill at the end of last season; as that partnership would have experience with one left and one right. However he's not really been playing at all this season so anyone could slot in there too be fair...

He's the only one I could think of. Terry is finished, as is Ferdinand. Maybe Smalling from the Scum?
