Petition LFC to use greatly increased TV money to reduce ticket prices for fans!

Next season Liverpool Football Club will receive a huge boost to their TV revenue and this money should be used to reduce the price of tickets for normal fans. Average players are receiving more money in a year than a typical fan will see in their life and it's time the fans loyalty was rewarded.

I've started a petition on change.org for the club to use the extra TV money next season to reduce ticket prices for the fans. Please sign and share:

      From the football supporters federation:

Premier League clubs could slash ticket prices by more than £30 a game if they chose to slice up next season's £3billion TV bounty and give it back to fans.

That is the assessment of Malcolm Clarke, chairman of the Football Supporters' Federation, who believes the national sport stands at a crossroads where spiralling costs could turn thousands away from live action.

With profits set to soar further when the Premier League's new domestic TV deal (worth £3bn over five years) begins next season, Clarke said: 'If you look at the Bundesliga, where fans can attend matches for 15 euros (just over £12), stand up, have a pint and even get a ticket for the Metrolink, it seems the Premier League are short-changing their own supporters.
