Would you accept 50 Million for Suarez?

After Suarez interview with uruguaying press coming out yesterday that he would consider leaving for an elite side with bigger prospects in europe competition even though of course he also said he is very happy at liverpool and loves the club.

Just curious would fans sell him for 50 mil or keep him.

Keep in mind if sell him plus the likes of Carroll (10mil) Skrtel (6mil) Spearing (2mil) Coates (3mil) Assaidi (3mil) Obviously rough estimates then we could have a fantastic transfer budge plus what ever FSG give us at the start. We could have around 100/110 mil transfer budget meaning 3/4/5 quality players.

I haven't even read the interview but this has the Torres saga written all over it. Star striker seeking assurances from the owners that they are serious about taking us back to the top. When Suarez ends this Season with the Golden Boot then we'll see just how serious the owners are.

I am down valuing the players as we could possibly get that at the least therefore talking the minimum we could get for them.

Couldnt agree more if the owners are serious they will keep them at all cost or if they are just here for a quick profit! I would not sell him just looking the opinions of others to see what they think.

 Of course you'd "accept it", as if it came to pass that you were making a decision at that point then Suarez would obviously want away, and whoever was bidding it would be bidding 10 million quid above his buy out clause (allegedly). My guess is that we won't get 50 mill if Suarez does leave, it'll be 40. He's worth about 70 IMHO.

I wouldn't personally accept £100m for him.

The question is really at what point would it become too good for the club to turn it down and I honestly hate to contemplate that figure as it's probably much lower than I'd hope.

You do not progress selling your best players, we were lucky when we sold Torres to find Luis, it could quite easily have been 2 Andy Carroll's. If I had to honestly guess his true market value I'd say somewhere around £60m, but like I say, I wouldn't even be close to tempted for £100m but then I'm a football fan and not an accountant.

Who could we replace him with? We know Suarez can cut in PL, but even big name replacements from other leagues would be a risk. You don't sell your best playe, simple as that!

If Suarez hands in a request, that's where the bidding starts, but as far as I'm concerned, he's not for sale.

... because, first and last I want Liverpool F.C. to be a winning football Club, built around the best players; not 'a great business model' built around selling players for profit.

Sadly, the opinion of others, (those who don't share my passion, love and goals for the Reds), may differ. 

I wouldn't sell him for anything. He's the best player in the league and it would be impossible to find someone as good as him to replace him, because Messi and Ronaldo are unavailable.
