Not good enough lads, very poor all over the park. Gerrard, Enrique and Coutinho avoid criticism the rest were simply not at the races today.

Like we said it didn't matter what others do because we're just not consistent enough to finish in the top spots in the league and the attitude isn't strong enough.

Frustrating day and West Ham pretty much got what they played for, MotM would be Coutinho by a country mile.

Too many employees just getting paid for a day's work. Appalling.

Where was Andy Carroll?? Not talking about West Ham.. but for Liverpool. We desperately need him. Our pass, pass, pass, pass, miss-pass, give the ball to the opposition just is not working. We need a big man to be a threat in the box. West Ham nearly took the 3 points from exactly that.

Agger man of the match for me.

Frustrating game, think only Agger, Coutinho and Enrique were playing at the needed level, the rest were below par.

Throw in Agger as well. Thought he had a good game.

      Coutinho is easily my MOTM.

Agger was also good but should say thank you to Lucas for saving his ass after that corner kick, or else it would have been one more goal where he loses his man inside the box.

Actually not our worst performance to be fair, desperate defending from anti-football West Ham but you need to beat teams like that with the attacking power we have at the club (most goals scored since the turn of the year and all that). Too many players in our lineup are hesitant going forward and that costs us many opportunities. I dream of a day (and I think Rodgers does too) when we'll be able to play at a real high tempo and destroy teams like that.

Our pass, pass, pass, pass, miss-pass, give the ball to the opposition just is not working.

It actually is working, the flaw being that too many players refuse to pass once they think they have a chance to shoot.

We had a big man. His name was Andy Carroll. He WAS NOT A THREAT IN THE BOX.

      FT.

The two teams defense had a good game, the two teams attack a rather bad one. Logical result.

Sad considering West Ham wasn't parking the bus as much as expected, which would have meant some red goals would Suarez and Gerrard have been in a good day.

Very frustrating afternoon. Can't fault the effort and it was one of the most one-sided game you will ever see. credit to them for some fantastic defending but final ball and lack of clinical finishing on the day cost us dear. Am glad everyone doesn't try to play football like West Ham, don't tihnk i've ever seen anyone take it to the corner with 30 seconds left in a 0-0 game before.

Our pass, pass, pass didn't work because we would just constantly pick the wrong option. If these players had any kind of game intelligence we would of pulled them to pieces.

50 years unbeaten against them at home. They'll never win at Anfield.

As for us, there's not a lot to say that hasn't already been said many times this year.

When your rivals play each other, and you can't beat West Ham at home, you don't deserve/b] to into the ECL. Simple as that.

Johnson, very poor, continually failed to pick out a man in the final third.

Enrique wasn't too bad, but kept running into blind alleys today

Suarez today was poor and has been for about the last three games. He's trying to do it all on his own again, and he needs to start looking up more.

Now we know why he won't play Assaidi - I know he's not got the games under his belt, but how poor was he when he came on? He made Henderson substitution look like a bad decision

Too many players playing below par

Finally, how poor are we at corners? I mean, seriously?

F**k off with andy carroll. have you guys forget how aweful he was. He was a headless chicken who couldnt control the ball and his movement was worst in our squad by a mile. We just didnt perform today, it doesnt mean its panic time. We thrashed hammer in their own back yard with the same tactics.

Too many times we have been found out by a big man team. A physical team.

Collins had Suarez in his pocket. With him gone, the rest of the team struggled to make an impact. Passing when they should be shooting. Passing at the back when the ball should be in the West Ham box. Passing short and slow to the next man on the counter attack when we should be throwing the ball up fast and long.
