Happy with that team. Think he's gone for Downing based on his defensive duties.

The line up I wanted so I'm pleased with that.

Would have liked Sturridge instead of Downing as I think he will have a point to prove.

Couldn't have picked a stronger line up from our squad, really. I like to see Sturridge in the team but when we do that, it does leave us short of attacking substitutions to come on and make a difference.

Respect Rafa alot, top quality manager and even more so a true gentleman, after reading he was at Anfield last night to lay flowers for the 96 and a single rose for Anne Williams. Although I respect the man I dispise the team he currently manages, classless fans with classless players. Really hope we give him a warm reception but hope even more that we get the 3 points, after the bitters dropping points yesterday we could really do with gaining some ground on them now. If only to make the derby a more meaningful game as in european places, not that the derby needs making more meaningful, a must win everytime nevermind leauge positions.
