We know he won't play too often, barring an injury crisis, so no real worries there, but he is entertaining as F**k once you get over the "FFS Toure" moments.

I had him nailed on scuffing it nearer the corner flag to left. Had a little chuckled to myself when he proved me wrong.

On his all round game yesterday he was shocking in the first half, couldn't believe some of the things I was seeing the Peter Kay 'AV IT' moment, was a particular low point. I must say though he improved through the second half and into extra time. So much so I was willing to give him a 6/10. Then the penalty moment came and his 'it wasn't me face' at the ref soon ended that!

The thing with Kolo is that he at least always looks like he's giving it 100% and that he cares about every minute he's on the pitch. That's all I can ask of any player. Just care and put everything you've got into it.

But if what you've got isn't good enough where do you stand, I agree you want to see a desire and will to win. But at the end of the day we can't compete with this alone otherwise many fans would be donning a shirt come Saturday.

Let's face it he's useless as a defender but what a character, has me in stitches esp when he does his calm down routine........he's the most jittery player on the pitch most of the time.........

I don't find him funny at all. Think hes an imposter of a footballer. And it sickens me we loaned out 2 young lads that could have had his game time and sold a very good defender who is a far superior player to this fella in every way.

He's one of them players that just simply isn't graceful in anything he does and is clumsy as anything but always trying 100%, what you see is what you get with Kolo and we all can't help but love a player like that.

Yep, Kolo really did roll back the years tonight - by far his best performance in a Liverpool shirt. And the best defensive performance of the season from a Liverpool player.

Reactions were top notch, read the game brilliantly, and was confident on the ball too. Here's hoping to seeing more of the same from Kolo - I feel him and Lovren could do alright perhaps.

But word of warning - only with solid defensive midfielders in there are our defence not exposed. Half the defence's problem has been poor defensive midfield play - Lucas and Can put in a good audition to show they can work there effectively as a team.
