Funny enough, don't like Wispas !!  Like everything else though, my faves are Ripples and Flakes, dipped or otherwise  :D

I can be a bit of a flake with ripples, not too sure what you intend dipping me in though...???

(apologies for my attempted humour, but as an Aussie, the only chocolate bars I recognise are the Curly Wurly and flakes...
the "Boost" bar is only new over here...again, soz...have had a few medicinal ales...woo hoo....;) )

Was that a deliberate pun, JD? Do you know the alleged story of Mick Jagger, Marianne Faithfull and a Mars bar?

Why am I not surprised that you were aware of it, MsG? ;)

From chocolate fiction to chocolate fact...

In a job I had years ago, I knew a guy who was a damp-proofing salesman and he told me a story about a well-known chocolate factory in greater London. Apparently the choc firm had an ongoing contract with a well-known pest exterminator, because ...and be prepared...because of cockroaches, who apparently love chocolate. In his words, "you can't keep them away from the stuff".

It is said that there are on average eight insect legs in a bar of chocolate.

      Anyone for a crunchie?

What people actually eat them, whenever I've been offered a quality street they are always the one everyone has ignored.  Maybe it's a midlands thing :-\
