England bowling is always a joy, it's our clear strength.

If we can get one more tonight we'll go into the second innings with a lead. ("only one?" "two would be better" - Great Escape quote just cos I can )

      Anderson traps Rogers in front.

Four down now for just 61.

Woke up to hear England bowled out for 215 Made up, quickly followed by the let down of finding out we're 4 for 75. FFS  :-\

4 got good balls, maybe you could say KP got a decent one straight after lunch, the other 9 gave their wickets away.

      Nerves? Maybe...

First session key to the test really.. Also if Broad is fit to bowl... Will turn a lot 4th innings, Aus need to bat well this morning to be on top.

Bowlers will be on top all series.. Nothing surprising in that

Smith gone caught behind off Anderson

Aus had started solidly.. But smith was playing well, key breakthrough for England who could do with wickets in bunches

      Haddin the new batsman

108/5 or 5/108 for our brothers down under so you don't get confused  ;)

      Love the ashes

      Edit

Haddin gone for 1 bowled Swann

      Siddle the new man

      Anderson has Siddle caught behind

      7 down

      3 wickets in 12 balls

      Wickets in bunches indeed

      Edit

Swann puts Starc down at slip off Jimmy, should have caught it, got both hands to it

      Desperate review that.

      Advantage England.

Conditions look good for batting today so I'm surprised the aussie's have folded so quickly.

Bit of luck for England and we could be marching towards a 300 lead by the end of the day.

Regardless of our shitness, you're comments remind me why I love the Ashes so much.

I just want to beat England. I hate losing to England in anything.

Ashton Agar having a right go here. Phil Hughes should be taking singles to give him strike!

Finn is the most brainless of bowlers. He really is the new Harmison. Embarrassing.

Well played Agar. Aussies look odds on for a decent lead here. His batting is that of a top order player. In a way I take encouragement in him being number 11 because Australia clearly don't know there own player here. He could easily have been batting with the sh*te rather than  Hughes and been left stranded without facing a ball. They could have thrown away a 100 runs on that decision alone.

We are struggling with just 3 bowlers here us which is basically 2 with Finn bowling short and wide.

Cracking batting wicket this if we manage to get a go.

Still plenty of movement for the bowlers. Not quite sure why Swann is bowling. There isn't much for him to work with.

Surely there is a medium pacer part time bowler to come because Finn is sh*te. Get Anderson and a medium pacer on.

This is awesome to watch. Regardless what happens I'd have snapped your hand off if you offered a 50 run deficit. Now we could have a nice little lead.

Trent Bridge is a batting paradise under the sun. England still favourites in this game. I expect a few hundreds from the bats of the top 7 when we get a second dig. Problem is a these two could bat till tea and put big pressure on us.

Having said all this the lad Agar was out stumped hours ago.

Batting paradise it may be but our boys aren't accustomed to success with a stick in their hands. We can crumble in a blink of an eye. I don't understand the bowling tactics once they got Agar in. Very, very few balls troubling him and testing his footwork, not enough at the stumps, not getting him forward and drawing an edge off the bat.

Exactly the tactics that ripped through our middle order are now non existent. Doesn't make sense.

Lunch time. Aussies ahead. Woo hoooooo!
