They do, but PS Plus is specifically for that. It's about time Gold meant something other than Microsoft being money grubbing cu*ts.

The idea of earning credits when you are at work/school is pretty cool IMO.

Think it's trying to bridge the gap between straight up online races and straight up AI races.

[I remember playing burnout paradise when I was younger, boy did I suck at that game. If they are ending AC, then good the last two have been average in terms of quality.

I am shocked at how cheap the ps4 is since the ps3 at launch cost more.

Burnout Revenge was far better than Paradise, which is reflected in the way it has retained it's price.

I love my 360 and I've spent countless hours playing online with it but a really think Microsoft have dropped a bollock with the One. I may well switch back to Sony next time around.

Be cheaper.
Better.
Not require 24 hour log on.
Not require a camera on you at all times.
Allow you to use second hand games.
Offer better paid on-line services/rewards.

It doesn't really make a difference what you chose last time, does it? Other than having to get used to the controllers again. I much prefer the 360 controllers so don't look forward to going back to the old hand-crampers

In GT5 I've finished most of the game.
I've 300+ cars.
Favourited and tuned/setup 100.
Use them on-line.

Doubt it will allow crossover, which means starting from zero.

PS Plus will be required to play multiplayer online with the PS4. I'm glad actually, as it 100% means I will purchase it now and get free games on PS3 then get free games on PS4 launch. Sweet.

Exactly the same cost as Xbox Live Gold. I can live with that.

There's absolutely no reason to stay "loyal" to Microsoft or Sony the way I see it. No backwards compatibility with either console ensures that we can start fresh in terms of choosing a console.

However, Microsoft has fu**ed up massively here. I'd say I'm somewhat loyal to Microsoft after owning the Xbox and Xbox360 but I can't see why I should stick with Microsoft. The only thing I can think of (and its somewhat of an issue) is the PS4 controller. God I hate Playstation controllers, they're filthy. However, I hear you can buy third party controllers that can be used with Playstation (basically an xbox controller - with triggers).

You can for the PS3 but the PS4 has added features to the controller so I'm not sure if they'll make a man-size equivalent of those.

I have an after market PS3 Controller.

I had a PS1 and PS2 and used to find that my fingers and thumbs would cramp (possibly because my hands are quite large) and figured I'd be the same with any console. Then when I bought a 360, I found that the chunky controllers felt so much more natural to grip and comfortable to use for long periods.
It's not that I have any issues with the different layouts, I just finds the PS controllers a bit 'fiddly'.

I'll give you PS1 controllers. Those sucked. But since they've come with analog sticks on PS2 and up, I like them. On the opposite side, I've always found Xbox ones to be pretty uncomfortable for me.

The PS4 looks very nice. It looks like what i'd think next gen consoles would look like and It's smaller than the slim PS3 and has a power brick built in. All the more impressive when you look at the Xbox One, which is huge (and ugly) and also has an external power brick.
