Fake. It's Sakho's head on the photo of Cissokho.

For a player to be eligible for one of the weekend fixtures he has to be signed by Friday at 1200, I think.

Player from a European team. Is the valuation £7m in accordance to our recent history? Don't see it happening above the £7m price point.

Surely he wouldn't be flung straight in anyway, is skrtel not fit?

Quite simple based on the last couple of seasons form. Agger makes way, central defenders must be able to defend.

Does that apply to right backs who could not defend if their life depended on it? Our weekness is there more than anywhere else in our back 4.

Back 4 looks pretty sorted now. Surely will pave the way for Skrtel to leave and the end of Coates' Liverpool career when he gets back from injury.

Just need to add to the left side of attack now and we are pretty much ready to roll.

Would love a midfield play maker in though. Rumours of some lad from Montenegro called Hocko turning up. Might fill that role.

      'Poised'

Have to laugh at the language used to describe transfers.

Sakho is no doubt a great acquisition to the team. the question is who is he going to be pair with? or is BR going to change his formation to accomodates his new defenders? well time will tell, I hope we don't mess up.

The reports are saying he had his medical yesterday, along with Ilori, and will be watching the game from the stands today. Anyone else see the inconclusive picture of both players arriving at Melwood yesterday?

I'm sure some of these players get the interest from Liverpool, then with their club and agent, drag the issue out, waiting to see if anyone else become interested once its been made public that they are on the move. Then they just opt for the teams in C L or Clubs like spuds, as they are taken in by the massive amount of money they are spending. We just seem to help open the door of opportunity for them. I'm not sure it's always down to us dragging our feet or getting out bid. Surely that couldn't happen as many times as it has to us.
Just hope we get these latest targets as its gonna be too late for any alternative options now.

This more like it ,this fella looks like a man mountain, and with the fella from sporting coming in major competition for places in defence ,which to be honest I think will be a major kick up the arse for Dagger(and I love dagger)but he has seemed a bit unsure and makes me a bit nervous.

You can't take that back mate.  Stick by it and who knows.  Things looking very well at the moment.
