Do think we need a striker (I don't see Borini and Aspas getting enough goals, even as backup players) but it shouldn't be Torres.

Any word on Rafa and a cheeky bid? That would go beyond ironic.

Totally agree. Like Aspas' technical ability. But he's too lightweight.

Torres is a no-go though. Lost his pace and enthusiasm.  Good. Serves him right.

Haha, No chance this will happen...

If we were signing the Torres of yester year back then fine, but he is a spent force. Under Rafa he was sh*t too - so I cant see how under BR he would be great again. There are oly two reasons it would be good to have him back...

1, if he did somehow become prolific again to rub the chavs noses in it
      2, the Torres Bounce

Can't see either happening anytime soon, plus the the bounce song would be a bit fu**ed, seeing as he wouldn't be 'Liverpool's number 9' anymore!

2+7=9, bit of a remix version might not sound that bad :D , I'd have him back if it were to help us up the league and what if Danny & Luis were to get injured?.

I would definitely have him back - for no more than around £8M though. And I would expect a public apology for the manner in which he left, and his "I've always dreamt of playing for a big club" comment on Chelsea TV.

In my opinion, he'd be perfect back up to what we've got now. If Suarez or Sturridge get injured then we're relying on Borini.

The chavs are willing to listen to offers after signing Samuel Eto'o on Thursday.
Have a tarpaulin muster on the KOP we might be able to raise 5 quid, that should be enough for Chelsea to get rid of him.

Torres English wasn't that good with the Chelsea remark, he probably meant he always wants champions league so he wants to play for a team that is performing at that level. He did the right thing for his career,  he's won most things now. We should not take it so personally anymore.  If he could add something to the side we would need to think about that.

We're wiser than any club who might take him having seen the start of his demise. Never in a million years.
