Who Would You Want Us To Buy In Jan Window?

For me there is something about Bentley I just don't like, I can't explain it but there is just something.

He ain't afraid to get up thee in the action that's for sure, tackles well, has fair pace for a wide player too and looks like a good prospect for England too only 23. 

One could even go as far as saying that he does for Blackburn what Gerrard does for us.

yeah i guess he is a key player for THEM but as for us i don't think he would shine because i see him as an attention seeker and someone that craves the spotlight. But he is a good player i will say and has potential but i think if i had the option of buying him or someone to equal value i woud hae a good look around frst

Bentley is amazing at set pieces too. Would really help in that area. Can hit at goal or put a deadly ball in for others.

Bentley is a great player would like us to get him but he seems content at Blackburn for now and as time goes on his value will only increase.

On another note apparently Rafa now wants one of his former Valencia players Pablo Aimar. We could have signed him when he was leaving valencia for Zaragoza for £10 million but we opted not to. His valuation is now the same £10 million. Great player in my opinion skillfull can cross, has an eye for goal and has great vision.

Yes Aimar is a fantastic player, also he's only 28 years old.. seems like he's been around forever! He still has pace, bags of ideas and also an eye for goal!

Torres wanted to go cant really keep a player who wants out at the club but i can certainly see your way of thinking.

I would love to see him at our club and hes yet another player that if we had the money to get him when he was leaving his club he would be a liverpool player right now.

Here's the choice if we made an offer for Young:

Aston Villa or Liverpool.

David Villa?

Valencia or Liverpool.

Schweinsteiger:

Bayern Munich bench or Liverpool.

Young players would move here if they got an offer, we should use that to our advantage.

i'd love us to go for Sebastian Giovinco from juve in the summer. Stands at only 5'4" and is a very skillful and creative player only 21 aswell.

Rafinha keen on Anfield switch

Schalke's highly-rated full-back Rafinha has revealed that he is interested in a move to Premier League side Liverpool.

The Brazilian right-back is under contract with the Bundesliga club until 2011 but would relish a summer move to Anfield.

"Liverpool is a top destination," the 22-year-old said in the Sunday Mirror.

"If a move would suit Schalke as well as myself, we can discuss it."

Schalke's director of football Andreas Muller said that the club are not willing to sell.

He said: "It is good that our players are being linked with such prestigious clubs, but we don't want to let anyone go."


No idea who this guy is..........very highly rated though.

This does seem to be a rumour that's building a bit of momentum lately, but having said that it could well have all escalated from the one story which was made up in the first place anyway. Would be interesting if we signed another right back in the summer, would it be the end of Finnan or would we see Arbeloa shifted over to the left full time?

I think Arbeloa could do the job at LB but at the same time Insua should slowly be brought into the first team like Babel and Lucas were in the first half of this season.

I think that would put Finnan way down the pecking order, cant see Arby at LB full time with Insua coming through and Riise and Aurellio there already. Someone will leave but who?

Rafinha is choice on Fifa though, havent seen anything of him in real life though.

Love to see us buy rafinha and get shot of riise then move arbeloa to LB. seems like a young daniel alves the way people describe him.
