      Thanks Brian.
      Glad u agree.
Last year it was Lucas, earlier this it was Joe Allen.
What happened to getting behind your team?
I do admit though that after suarez's episodes over the last year I was very much indifferent if he got sold or not due to his behaviour.
But Lucas, joe and ally haven't brought shame or awkwardness to our club like Luis did before he sorted himself out.

Not a scapegoat, nobody here is penning games on a LB. But he is sh*t. He can't keep possession and is horrid in the attack. His defense has improved but still not good enough. I am not blaming our draws or losses on him but he is awful.

The problem with him is that we have an awesome attack that is extremely quick, he gets the ball on the break and you can finish a cup of tea before he makes his mind up what he's going to do with the ball.  And when he does make his mind up he is wayward more often than not.  He really is a liability to our counter attack when he gets involved.

He had his best game for us yesterday, with no defensive problem and beating several time his opponents in counter attacks... sadly just the day when most other players were off.
One thing that can't be questionned is his attitude, he is a limited player but is always giving his best.

So long as he is defensively reliable and gives 100% I'm happy with the lad. Not much more you can ask from him. Thought he was one of our best players yesterday.

He definitely gets too much stick for the work ethic he puts in.

Can't believe I am about to say this, but he actually done okay against West Brom. His passing and delivery into the box was still cack but was better defensively and running with the ball, even megged a player!

While not possessing the most genius technical ability or quick thinking football mind, he always works really hard and gives his all, unlike maybe a Johnson or a Moses, so he has kind of endeared himself to me. This is very surprising, seen as he is a bit of a clumsy donkey sometimes. Think he will improve more and more and has been a vital loanee... bear with me; because Enrique being out for so long then Flanagan getting a knock.
He is quite solid defending and to be real here- Enrique has never blew me away going forward either, very wasteful.
I want to give the guy a bit of support because; these days I'm more into players who give their best each game rather than some skillful part time show boater.

Well done today lad. Taken loads of criticism from us all but he has undoubtedly improved since he's been in the team and deserves credit for getting his head down and working hard.

Agreed. He was excellent today. Got forward, got back and stood his ground. Taken a lot of stick, a lot coming from myself but that's the way to shut his critics up and shut me up he did! Fantastic afternoon from him.
