Distribution needs to be improved. I didn't like some of the passes he made from the back (at White Hart Lane against the spuds).

I think he's passing is pretty good although he does look really awkward in possession. I saw the potential for a really good partnership with Lovren yesterday.

I suggest we all watch Sakho play for France tonight so we can judge his game without having to worry about the inevitable heart problems. Watched 10 mins and he has mishit the ball and misplaced a pass already

And yet the only game he played this season is the one game we've looked our best defensively.

I was under the impression that Conz was being sarcastic. Maybe I read it wrong?

Fucks sake, I think you're right.

Who ever invented sarcasm needs a smack in the face.

I heard he had a solid game and started a rivalry with Costa aha.

Anyone want to comment on his performance?

10/10 performance. 14 clearances, 4 tackles, 4 interceptions, 1 shot blocked, 94% pass accuracy and won all his aerial duels. Outstanding defensive performance. Nothing got past him. Tied with Pogba for best player out there tonight for me.

Edit: Whoscored had him as the man of the match with a substantial 8.63 - which is very high for a defender, particulary if they didn't score a goal.

Skitters is injured for the next month so I don't think Sakho is too worried right now. Still great to see him perform well.

I hope he can build on this.

Looked like Bambi on ice everytime he had the ball at his feet last time he turned out for us.

Was part of a partnership that did not concede a goal in the last 9 PL games against Spurs as awkward as he looked some credit need to be given.

I don't understand why it matters what he looks like on the ball. So he looks like a spider on roller skates. If he gets the job done who cares?

Much rather that than for him to look composed but give the ball away all the time.

      Same here.
BR, to me, has bought in Lovren & Sakho as his long term plan at CB.
Think they compliment each other pretty well other than Mamadou being left footed and Dejan having been played mostly in the past as the left sided in a CB pairing.

Stopped watching after 50 seconds of that video clint.

First aerial dual he loses out to Costa I think it is at 50 seconds brings the ball down to his chest runs into empty space with no one in front of him plays a ball that trickles out to the touchline. Very similar to what he has shown in pre season and against the Spurs, composure on ball with the slightest pressure applied is non existent.

Not sold on this lad as of yet has the physicallity to be right up there but has not set my world alite with his decision making and distribution, the positive is that he is a young lad with time to learn and develop.

I agree mate, I think he has a way to go yet. Hopefully after a season to settle we will start to see the best of him this season, but I'm still not convinced by his performances for Liverpool.

I do think he has looked better for France than he has for us ...so far.
