Yeah it takes a lot of getting used to but it's ok.

I kept losing and it put me off, but just play with tactics and use what you have in your team.

If you're in it for the long haul then train Jerome Sinclair well, he improves so much. He becomes a quality striker.

I just started a new game with the lfc Marshall update.  Found some wierd formation of a forum that I had to try.   Its gk, 2dc, wbr/l, 3dmc, 3amc.  And somehow it scores tonnes.  My def is weak at the moment.   Need to improve some other areas too.  But its a fun tactic

I'm in my 4th season with lpool.
Had a mixed bag won league 1st season,5th next,4th next. Ripping it up just now though we're at the end of Jan,won every game player bar 2 draws in the league and one draw in the CL.
Just sold Fierro to Bayern for £28M. He played 5 games in 2 years scoring 2 goals costing £2.5M

Started a Liverpool save. Felt it was about time.

3 points clear after 9 games and beaten the Mancs and Arsenal. Sterling is amazing so far, but Stevie is always fatigued after one half.

Only made two signings, Will Hughes for £9m and loaned him back to Derby, as well as Onazi from Lazio for £6m.

Started a save with... Everton. 

I wanted a mid-table team with some decent money to mount a challenge for UCL and UEL places; hopefully to win something in a few years. Everton's team is pretty good to begin with and they gave me some money to buy good young players, such as Edgar Balanta, Moussa Sissoko, Will Hughes, André Hahn and a couple more I can't remember right now.

The season hasn't actually started yet and it feels weird to manage Everton but my team is looking pretty good!

Went back to my Levante save. It's not fun starting a new one when you have one in 2032.

1st in La Liga by 20 points, won the Spanish Cup, the Spanish Super Cup and then … lost 2-1 to Chelsea in the UCL Final after going 1-0 up in the second half.

Bought a shitload of the best regens now so should be a fun season.

The finishing is pissing me off again. 15 shots to 1 and they score.

9 points off Madrid after 26 games. Dominated them twice and lost. 

Lost 2-1 to Marseille in the first KO round of the UCL away from home.

Spanish Cup final again.

Started a new game with Wigan. Wanted to try the whole promotion & career building career type game. Got promotion alright, even after conceding over 75 goals. finished 10th in PL. A whole host of jobs became available but I didn't apply for any. I kinda wanna stay at Wigan now and try get some European football or something or build a legacy here!

For the first 2 seasons, I have used an awful lot of Liverpool players. Had Ilori & Flanagan on loan for 2 years, and got Flanagan on a free for the forthcoming season. Also bought Coates on the cheap too.

Got Sterling in on loan for this season coming. For some reason he barely played for the 1st team for the past 2 seasons but was not available for loan each time.

Decline in sales? According to VG Chartz FM14 has only sold 600k copies compared to 1.09m from the previous year and 1.49m from the year before.

I continue to do well only with the same formation: a 4-1-2-1-2 diamond. Anything else doesn't seem to work so well... so I hardly buy any wingers these days.

Yeah, same here. I did buy two strikers capable of playing right wing, and i have a left winger/striker in case i want to play wingers but this is my formation:
