Can't stand Brand, not funny at all IMHO.

Even this does not change my dislike of him, but I will give him the time of day now.

Fair play, but it is easy to hate the s*n.

Unfair as he's done more than that. Donated to JFT96 campaign on more than one occasion now.

Yes I know that, but that does not mean I have to like the guy.

Always liked the guy and these donations have simply reinforced those thoughts, cracking gesture again and anyone that can get money away from that bunch of scum well done to them.

I like the way he phrased it too "a tiny piece of justice", good man.

Tell you what, on first impressions, he may come across as an annoying prat, but when you look at not only what he's done for the HJC in terms of donations and speaking out, he's done some amazing work with recovering addicts etc, he really is a top if somewhat misunderstood bloke.

He's a very sussed out lad Daz, what you see is a commercial presentation and basically cosmetic, beneath that shell is a very intelligent and perceptive mind set. He casually demolishes hypocrisy with a bare minimum of amusing comment, he is a master of the subtle put down and has the intellect to hold his own in a diverse range of subjects with qualified orators, his recent gesture confirms what you say mate - top bloke all day.

Russell Brand accepts damages from S*n on Sunday
Comedian Russell Brand has accepted substantial libel damages at London's High Court over a S*n on Sunday story which claimed he cheated on his girlfriend Jemima Khan.

The 38-year-old sued the newspaper in January after it carried the story across pages one, four and five on 17 November 2013.

Brand has said he would be donating the unspecified damages to the Hillsborough Justice Campaign.

Sticks to his guns the man does and his belief in karma is solid, straight from the claws of that vile rag to the benefit of those it has undoubtedly been the most offensive to.

      Karma indeed.

Saw that thundercunt Kelvin Mackenzie on that quiz show Pointless this evening.

Disgusting how an entertainment and light hearted programme could delve so low to trivialise this piece of sh*t.

BBC, do you know no shame?

He is pretty much my favorite "Celebrity". It's a bit of a guilty pressure for me, as I'm not generally in fond of them. But I think he is a nice fella. I even like his political stuff. Even though they may not be the freshest ideas, but he is very honest ad aware of his level, and I admire that.

Unbelievably when that clip hit facebook there were some dyed in the wool tw*ts calling Russell Brand pretentious and a hypocrite, they hear what they want to hear and believe what they want to believe - as tw*ts do.
The other 99.999 rec.% of people were entirely in agreement needless to say.
One of said tw*ts displayed the scope of his thought process in stating ''once a druggie always a druggie'' - I kid you not.
