Swansea have signed Jay Fulton from my local club Falkirk. Very, VERY good deal for Swansea. 6 figure sum and they're getting a very exciting young prospect with bags of raw talent. Could be a very decent signing. If he keeps progressing at the rate he has, he'll be very competent in the PL

Something to do with him being a non EU and them already having their quota of non EU's maxed out.

Great move for them if there's an option to buy. Mismanaged at Spurs. Would've loved to see us in for Holtby but him being an Evertonian might have hurt it a bit.
