      3-1.

Bossed most of this game and then forgot how to defend for the last 5 minutes.

      Their heads are gone.

F**k sake after playing so well we're paying for not putting away our chances.  Still time though, these lads don't know when they're beaten.

Not the same quality in attack as there was 2 seasons ago.

It was, but I felt the GK maybe could've got to it. He seemed to have jumped way too early :(

Think we played decent enough, but mistakes cost us. We need to be more decisive on the ball too.

Rossiter is a very composed player, but one thing he needs to work on is to be more positive and take the ball forward instead of always looking for passes.

Wilson looks great, his movement and speed are exceptional. I would love to see him slowly embedded into the first team.

      Thought Kent did well too!!

I wouldn't mind going to the next match there is plenty of potential in that team but they need experience .how do you get that these gays though.

That's not how it should have ended after playing so well but that's what happens at the highest level when you switch off.

Just switched off in the last twenty minutes and got punished.
You could see their heads were gone.

Game was there to be won, you can't just switch off like that.
Not if you want to be a pro anyway.

      Harsh lesson.

you cant teach natural talent but you can teach how to concentrate apart from a few lapses we were definitely in that game.4-1 is a joke

When they're considered ready they come into the 1st team, just like Raheem, Flanno and Rossiter have.  If they're not quite ready they'll go out on loan to a good standard club to get that experience.  If they improve enough they come into the squad.  If they're not they either go out on loan again or are sold on but at that stage that's usually their decision rather than the Clubs.

Yep and they'll be devastated that they didn't see out the plan and make the most of it.  As disappointing as it is to see us lose a game, at this stage it's about the individual players development.  The coaches will know who achieved the targets they were set and who didn't, they don't just look at who played well.
