I'm actually calmer than I've been all week right now.

We just have to play to the maximum of our ability - I honestly believe it is ours to lose.

I woke up a 3:00 until 4:30, just couldn't stop thinking.

Since getting up this morning I've listened to every version of YNWA their is, mixed in with the Willy Wonka soundtrack
to keep the kids happy. Sort of works, I've got a golden ticket is how it feels being a liverpool supporter right now.

Honestly, he's a tremendous player, can change a game at both ends of the pitch.

But I also think that if this is seriously an attempt at mind games, it will take much more than that to effect our players today.

Sure the focus will be primarily on ourselves and our tactics, not peeping at their teamsheet and hoping X player(s) will  be playing or not.

I honestly don't think sh*t like this will have any effect on our lads or staff, it'll be a calm and measured approach with a tactical attitude to winning the game, whosoever they put on the park there'll be someone there to combat them. City are still lacking cohesion for me, they aren't far off but they still lack the team cohesion/ethic that our lads have got flowing out of every pore.

Gutted as I'm going to be on a flight in a few hours and am going to miss the game live.  I swear if anyone I know tells me the result before I watch it I'll punch someone.  Actually I was more nervous about the West Ham game than this one, remnants of the last few years when we faltered against teams we "should beat."  Don't think the lads will have any problem getting up for this game. 

Will be very interesting to see what tactics Rodgers employs.  I'm wondering if we might need to essentially assign a minder to Toure and Silva.  Maybe stick Henderson on Toure and have him give him absolutely no time.  And then Allen and Sterling on Silva, just gang up on them. 

Seems like Kompany might be out for this one?  and even if not, he's playing with some knocks?  well then Sterling is going to have to start (he probably already was).  Can't wait to see him run in behind DeMichelis and an injured Kompany.

No doubt about it mate but the fact is the mind games attempt illustrate that somebody thinks they need more than his all round skill for this confrontation, methinks maybe the reports about mental dexterity and club psychiatrists has prompted an infantile wind up.
Now that's what you call sophisticated mind games.

Quite calm today regarding the match, I'm just going to enjoy it what ever the outcome, its been a really good season so far, one that's totally exceeded my expectations and with champions league football all but decided mathematically I'm not going to stress about whether or not we can win the title, if we do it will have been a fantastic journey and achievement but it won't have been decided on this match 33 preceded it and 4 will follow it.

Still hope we win though, just won't beat myself up about it if we don't.

That being said I'm going to go for a 3-2 scoreline with Suarez getting a brace and Sturridge knocking one in.
