Excited for Ivory Coast vs Japan game later. Japan are usually impressive with their work rate and It'd be interesting to see the physicality of Ivory Coast vs the work rate of Japan, also, looking forward to Kagawa and Honda playing together.

It's a shame Falcao hasn't come for the World Cup, but I'm looking forward to seeing how well Colombia can do.

Yeah, also surprised Luis Muriel didn't get chosen, maybe they have better. Can't wait to see James Rodriguez and Jackson Martinez in action! But I suspect it'll be a boring match with Greece parking the bus  :(

Wow, didn't know it was that bad. Heard rave reviews on him and we were also linked to him so decided to watch him (2 games). Thought he was very good in the games he played in.

I'm absolutely loving the presence of so many South American fans. Chile's anthem last night was beautiful to see, the whole stadium singing; and now Colombia fans have done the same. Beautiful! Vamos Colombia!

Nice one Colombia! I like that team, we played a friendly against them earlier this season.

What I really don't get though, how can they keep Jackson Martinez, Adrian Ramos and Carlos Bacca on the bench and play Gutierrez as striker instead? That makes no sense.

An emotional victory, a lot of people in tears after first goal. We gave Greece the control of the game way more than we should, another team would score that chances.

Yet another quality end to end match. Ivory Coast dominant but can't find a goal, Japan looking to hit on the counter.

Honda's goal was superb. He has been amazing.

Been very impressed with the full backs for the Ivory Coast. We're linked with Aurier, looks very good indeed and while a small guy that Boko has played very well in that first half.

Obviously Japan lost, but how good was Honda yesterday? Not just that goal (which was brilliant), but he's so great going forward.

Aurier's delivery for both Ivory Coast goals was superb as well.

Only thing that let Honda down was his passing at times. But his movement is outstanding.

And even though it's been said enough, Aurier was superb.

Agreed! If the West Ham keeper would have kept his eye on the ball all the way then Rooney's attempt in the Premier League wouldn't have gone in. Kudos to the keeper.

I think hell on earth would be something like this...

You are in a concrete block room.  It's got a toilet and a sofa.

You have a television but it gets no signal but you have a DVD player, and the only DVD's you have to watch is a compilation of Greece International matches from the past 10 years.

Greece vs Ivory Coast is tomorrow's final. Greeks teetering on a tight rope as the manager has to deal with players who are not on speaking terms with one another (have carried domestic league's problems in their luggage),let alone a scuffle that took place in the dressing room just after a training session two days ago. He is also going to experiment with players and formations he hasn't turned to so far in the competition in spite of not being fan of major alterations himself.

Moreover Greeks haven't scored yet but still retain hopes of qualification!

Given all these if they make to the knock-outs it will be another Greek miracle performed and any footballing logic will have been turned upside down again.

James Rodriguez is something else. What a player! One of the best in the competition so far, if Colombia go far in this World Cup, it will be in great part thanks to him.

Oh my god, that was no penalty. We really need video refs, Ivory Coast out of World Cup due to unfair penalty in extra time.

Outrageous decision. The ref was desperate for Greece to score.

      Absolute joke.

To be fair to Greece, they must have hit the woodwork 3+ times.. but to go through like that is a real shame.

Wrong, ref made an absolute fantastic decision, slo-mo showed the Ivory Coast player catching Samaras, stonewall penalty and made for a good finish to the game.

I admire Greece's spirit to be honest. They didn't complain about things, just got on with it. The Ivory Coast team was strong. The problem is playing for a draw. Even Italy couldn't do it and they are born to do it.

Traditionally they perform well when under pressure. They had a sluggish start against Colombia and conceded 3. That brought about the pressure Greeks needed to respond. Usually it's how it works with Greeks in their lives in general.

What, not paying their taxes or winning footie matches?
They do now mate eventhough cannot afford them. Painfully raised. The average Greek is really sufferring. Those who didn't pay their taxes are still having a good lavish time. Still remain well wide of  goverment's target.

Wrong. Samaras knocks the leg of the Ivory Coast player.

It's a slight 'coming together' if that.

      No penalty.
