England continue to fail to control the pace of the game in any meaningful manner. Like the good teams around the world they can't accept a pass and then swiftly pass it on. They must dilly dally for two-three needless seconds, a touch here, a touch there....and then pass back. It's so slow and there is no intensity. Insipid isn't the word!
