28/1 b***ard, I've had a sneaky bet on them too but not near that price, well done.

It was a special offer thing with Paddy Power. I put it on the day after Ribery was ruled out.

I knew before kick off that Valbuena was a good player but he's surprised me exactly how technically good he is. Heard he's meant to be leaving Marseille this summer, shame we won't be in for him.

As for the way Honduras are conducting themselves they need booting out of the bloody tournament,

This is normal, actually maybe a bit reserved for them.  Just be glad you only have to see it during the World Cup.  We have to watch them in Gold Cup and
      World Cup Qualifiers.

I am mate, I'm absolutely disgusted watching them to be honest.

Very nice offer that fella. I think the Argies will probably win it but thought France were the value at 20's which I have, but at 28's you might even get the chance to lay it off later down the line.

Thought myself that they have a very good group of players that haven't really been given much of a mention. Valbuena has been the pick tonight though that's for sure, very good performance.

I've got them to win 4 nil tonight. Got Germany to win the whole thing.

Done them 4 and 5 myself fella, could have done with that one going in there. Still there's plenty more chances to come though.

Oh god, I'd forgot about Jonathan Pearce.

It will be interesting to see if Honduras kick the sh*t out of France, or was it just England being given this privileged treatment.

Well, it seems England were not privileged after all. Honduras are just a bunch of dirty bas**rds.

Great finish. Not a big fan of Benzema and this Honduras keeper has played well but there was no saving that, even though it's close range from that angle at that power one of Benzema's better goals that.

      Typical Dave :(

Excellent performance by France that though. While Honduras were never at the races you've still got to break them down and I thought France looked capable of that every time they attacked.

Big Mama had one dodgy moment but besides that was very strong and I thought Valbuena was MotM, great performances by Griezmann and Matuidi.

Thought we had it in the bag mate, then on came Giroud... :(

Oh well gone for similar for the Argies, running about even at the moment with my scores but had a couple of these just 1 away now.

Has to be a good bet for Honduras to get a man sent off in every match though. They're worse than the Cameroon back in the Roga Milla days.

I've done a scorecast for the involvement. Messi, 3-1.

And a little sly one on Bosnia because they were 10-1

My Dad's favourite score that (3-1) does it in every single match he has a bet in, it's religious.

Can see the logic in the saver too.

Argentina really do arrive here with a massive amount of expectation on their shoulders and I don't think Messi has been near his usual quality this year, not sure that's got an awful lot to do with his injury either, just looks like a prolonged dip to me. Of course a slip in form for one of the best ever still puts him as an outstanding player just not head and shoulders above the rest.

If I had to pick a player to really shine I'd pick Aguero, a lot of strikers have hit the ground running, I wouldn't be surprised if he has a good start too.

Hope the Swiss win courtesy of an Evra own goal, to which he breaks his leg in the process.

Looking forward to this one. I see France as one of only two European teams who will go far in this tournament, the other being Germany (who I hope and think will win it). Like the way they mix it up, short passes, long passes, excellent tempo and a high level of consistency throughout their team. Thought the Swiss did well against Ecuador as well so should be a good match.
