Lallana would be a worthy player in ANY Premier League side. He's had a difficult season and with injuries and such you always feel he was playing catch up.

Completely agree, just so frustrating that he hasn't consistently lived up to his potential. He needs to work on his strength, maybe hit the gym and get those leg and upper body muscles beefed up, and we might yet see the best of him. He's still one of my favourite players because on his day, he cna be so good.

needs to hit the gym all summer and get physically stronger if he is to push on and justify what we paid! I like and rate him as a football but think we 100% didnt need him and he was a waste of money we could have used to fund a top striker.

Think having Adam and Couthino in the same team whilst lovely to consider I think they might be a little lightweight and easily bullied off the ball.I like Adam Lallana we really need to see alot more from him and an awful lot more of the squad this season.

If the lad can stay fit, he will have a big impact next season, everytime he looked decent he picked up niggly injury.

Although he did miss 13 games through injury in total last season (according to http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/adam-lallana/verletzungen/spieler/43530), I definitely wouldn't say he's injury prone. That's somebody like Walcott, van Persie or Sturridge).

Thinking about Adam and even though I'm a huge fan of his I'm struggling to get him into they I think is our best side next season.

He is basically our number 2 for Phil so I'd like to see him play League Cup, Europa and leave the wee man fresh for the league season.

Stick him in a front 3.
      Drop Coutinho deeper in midfield.

      Or this.

I'm thinking diamond though this season mate.

      Can

      Hendo Milner

      Coutinho

Although against most of the sh*te in the league we could be even more adventurous

      Can

      Hendo Coutinho

      Lallana

there is a 2 tier level in the league. If we think along the same lines as 2013/14 season, we should blow teams away!

Lallana is a great player, but I feel we will only see the real Lallana if he is played week in week out.. not sure if that'll happen!! I hope Im wrong

Changed the england game in a more advanced role lets hope we dont push him out wide next season he can be a decent false striker or no10 when the magician needs a rest

And that's where I'd like to see Lallana given games (centrally) I wouldn't have any qualms with us giving him  a run of games in a front 2 with Coutinho playing behind him at the tip of a diamond especially if we dont sign a top striker.

      Maybe:

               Can
        Hendo Milner
           Coutinho
      Lallana  Sturridge/Ings

      Just an idea like

      Decent preseason for this lad.

Have a freak injury last season so I guess the reason for his struggles.

Hopefully he has recovered from all that and will fulfil the potential that made the club invest in obtaining his services. 2 goals in 2 matches so far.

Not sure where he will fit in when BR finally decides his first team and the return of all the other players.

Hope he takes this form to the regular season.

I'll take a half-fit Firmino over him all day, even Markovic looks better, or i'll play Milner much higher upfront with Can at CM. Lallana is a massive letdown.
