Dont think Colombia can win against Germany/France

Very much looking forward to Germany vs France, which I'll be watching at the Maracanã. Don't know who I prefer to win... Germany, I guess. We don't have a history of doing too well against the French.

But first, we need to worry about Colombia - possibly the most on form side in the competition so far.

Columbia vs Argentina final please!

Rooting for Germany, I have a lot of family from there. I also like underdogs so I would like to see Costa Rica advance as far as possible but that is not likely. I think the Brazil v Colombia will be awesome to watch as will France and Germany.

Still too gutted after yesterday's game.  I'll give it another day and hopefully be back in the mood for predictions and watching what has been a great World Cup.

From the round of 16 performances non of the other winners have impressed me over the full 90mins !

My thoughts:

Brazil 1 - 0 Colombia
France 0 - 0 Germany (Germany Advances on penalties)
Argentina 2 - 1 Belgium
Costa Rica 1 - 0 Netherlands (yes.)

A Cost Rica win would be awesome but I would love Dirk to get a winners medal. This is the best part 4 games as a neutral you want the best team to win other than the Germans.

Still want Argentina to win it for selfish reasons (£100 sweep), but how good would it be to have. Colombia v Costa Rica final?

i would totally put a wager of like $10 in Colombia vs Costa Rica on the final.

Putting twenty quid on Colombia to win tonight. 7/2 odds.

I think the winner of France Germany will win the whole thing, in a final with Netherlands.
I just can't see Brazil or Argentina winning it, they are too flakey and I think Colombia and Costa Rica will run out of steam and find it harder against better opposition.

James Rodriguez first scorer tonight is 9/1. That's me done for the year with bets.
