I think this signing really demonstrates the confidence Brendan has in what he is doing and what've has built this far. To bring in a player with a reputation and some one who brings a certain level of press coverage and hyperbole takes some balls.

I'm by no means a footballing genius as it was never my first choice sport growing up, but the more I've learned and watched over the last 20 years, Rodgers sure seems like a freaking genius when he starts talking tactics.
