Think Warnock would have been his replacement soon enough anyway but now with Aurelio who will be Brazils next left back his chances will be limited.He is a good player but I would never consider him a great player.

Not too bothered.  If we can get a pretty penny for the lad then fair enough.  Don't get me wrong he is a great player but he is neither a brilliant left back, or a brilliant left winger.  He would suit a team who played wing backs down to the ground.  We don't.

Would be a huge loss if Riise went. He has been one of very few top class signings from the Houillier era! Although Aurelio is supposed to be a class act so we would cope if he did jump ship. Hope it doesnt happen though.

Hmmmmm I am not sure how many games Riise will get next season (as long as Aurelio is fit) and seeing as we seem to be struggling for cash, if a decent offer came in for him then I think it may be a good bit of buisness.

Definitely mate. I think that if we got an offer of £6m plus we should take it. I think we should get £8m or more, He is worth it.

Well £8M would certainly add some much needed cash for Rafa to go and bu what he wants and what we need.

Be sad to see Riise go but if he did it would offer us the chance to improve the squad overall.

There's no way J A would want to leave, I know he is still in my starting 11. It's a squad game and you can never have too much quality, we are n't gonna let someone like Mr Riise leave now are we?

I certainly hope not Dee. Thinking about it,  you look at Chelski, with the quality in numbers that they have, it's a neccesity to have at least two quality players for every position. Plus, he's ranked an honorary scouser in my book. Please don't go Riise
