I like Pougatch. Maybe it's a nostalgic attachment to listening to the radio in my room religiously on Saturday afternoons years back but I've always found him to be a professional broadcaster. Makes a change from the 'Awright mukka'/pally relationships between presenter and pundit that passes off as football coverage these days.

Speaking of which, has anyone seen that Budweiser advert where Gary Neville, Jamie Redknapp and that other bloke from Sky? Yeah the one where they are reviewing some amateur football goal that was recorded on an iphone? Christ that is cringey. Don't know who I feel more embarrassed for - the pundits on the advert or the sad bas**rds who filmed and sent their videos in like some remedial Blue Peter competition.

He's obviously respected in his field, he seems to have been in the business for quite a few years. There were just a few things that irritated me with him. Before kick off he wouldn't shut up about how many goals the Barca front 3 have scored, then he was refusing to accept Dixon's explanation of hand ball etc.

All I've seen on Sky Sports lately is that daft advert. A year or so ago I played 6 a side with a group of lads (most I didn't know) and one of them took it upon himself to record our games every week. Was the most embarrassing thing I've ever experienced :D

Happy for Luis! Scoring the winning goal in a CL final and lifting the trophy in the end is what this outstanding player deserve!

Hope after a few more medicals he realises he has unfinished business at Liverpool  8)

Anyone think John Henry watched the final last night?

He has got bigger things to worry about than watch Barcelona beat Juventus, a lady got hit by a broken bat at a Redsox  match at Fenway Stadium and is in a serious condition in hospital.AZ will probably be better to let us know the full story.

Thought Messi was simply outstanding last night, but in a different way to what most people expect Messi to be outstanding, he was at the heart of everything Barca was doing well, he was simply finding pockets of space all over the pitch and pulling the likes of Vidal, Pogba and even the experienced Pirlo out of position.

I didn't catch any of the match because I was working. Happy for Suarez, but unhappy that Barcelona won. Can't stand them or Real or Bayern.
