Can is a liability in defense - stands square on, slow on the turn, poor tackler, not great in the air and always wants to go on runs with the ball.

Lovren didn't do anything wrong on Saturday, but I feel he has to be dropped (along with Skrtel) if we are going to really improve and move forward. He is just too unpredictable to be relied on.

Why not, he is part of our team we like it or not. I will support him till we see his back going into the back door.

As much as I've criticised the lad I do hope he has a full and speedy recovery and returns to us quickly to assume his rightful place in the pecking order, a good few rungs below where he's been so far.

Just needs to sort out his footballing brain now, still not picking the right pass when he gets into good positions, but that will come.

Apparently trained today, so he has recovered from his injury much quicker than expected (Klopp factor) Not sure if he will be ready in time for Spurs but maybe get a run out in the Europa.

Doesn't hide the fact he isn't good enough. Klopp or no Klopp, the guy's still terrible. But I doubt he will keep getting played despite being piss poor under Klopp so I guess it might be a reality check for him and make him perform half decent for a change like.
