The way Everton are playing you'd look at the derby as an opportunity rest a few and include Divock and Minamino (who I'm surprised didn't make an appearance against Watford at least)

That's my guess. We have so many forwards he doesn't even make the bench, and with only big games left we have to play the regular players. He MIGHT play the 2nd leg against Benfica since we have a comfortable lead, but that's a push.

I think Taki made the bench yesterday, but he's likely seen the last of the field for the season as well.

I think he has been a very good servant to the club. I had hoped once that he would be the best Belgium striker of his generation, but it did not happen. I'm sad not to see him play more but now we need the very best in the starting 11, every game is crucial. Origi gives everything when called upon but I think his time here is up. Good luck lad.

Perfect example of being able to be a cult icon without being a great player. Average player throughout his career her, but was GIGANTIC in multiple key moments. I can honestly say no player has sent me into a child like euphoric frenzy than him. Ill always be thankful for those.

Big Divock showing yet again that he's a very handy player to come off the bench and give us a focal point in the box against bus-parkers. I'd like us to keep him, but can't blame him if he wants to go somewhere else and get more football. (Don't think he's been offered a new deal anyway right enough.)

Cult status is assured for life for him anyway though. New we'd be alright when I saw him coming off the bench. Pickford and the "footballers" in front of him instantly got the collywobbles.
