So.......... Ings, been watching him play last 3-4 games, and I must say, he's absolutely sh*t. He isn't even pacey and doesn't seem to be a good footballer too. What is it that makes him stand out for the media exactly? I'm getting the Adam or Carroll vibe all over again with Ings :(

      A couple of things.

He was great against Chelsea, he never got a kick against us as their midfield was sh*te, he never stopped working tonight against City, dare I say the closing down and energy he showed was Rush like. Not a fair four games to judge him at, oh and the Swansea defeat they had one shot and was a smash and grab.

You sure you been watching him?

Pisses me off this, if we had a decent fit striker for the first half of the season we would be right in the mix, makes Ballotelli signing even more Bizarre for me.

It only takes one knock and we could be back in sh*t street again, ever get the idea somebody hasn't got a F***ing clue?

Pity he didn't implode like this last season.

I actually like the man though, would much rather see him lift the title than that Mourinho tw*t!

He does play for Burnley, right? If so, I'm 100% sure I've watched him, unless I've been watching Ings' twin?

His work rate wasn't even that good tonight. Even his strike partner was better. People bi*ch about how crap Borini is, but Ings looks worse. I'm actually 99.9% certain Borini works harder and makes better runs, and perhaps the better player! I'm just confused as to what people see in Ings. Instead of shelving out high wages and 3m-6m on Ings to be a 3rd or 4th choice, we should look into Canos or Sinclair.

Just seems like another case of overhyping a British player.

I'm not sure I can bare it if Sherwood does well at Villa.

      Absolute tw*t of a man.

City have lost all fear factor they had and Aguero has gone completely off the boil since that injury. Barely finding the net at all now.

amongst the bizarre scenes at Sunderland yesterday, when they showed the shots of the supporters coming up to the dugout to have a go at Poyet, who of all people was on the bench looking on confusedly?---Sebastian Coates.   ;D

he must be wondering what the F**k is going on with his career....

Southampton dominating Chelsea, with a bit of luck they could win this one.

Completely dominating. Terrific half thus far. As much as we need a Chelsea win, i cant hope those cu*ts ever win anything.

Stopped relying on fuckers after last season when Everton threw the match vs City.

Well what a pathetic showing from spuds.  Only just got in from Mothers Day stuff, couldn't believe it when Paul told me the score.

Let's hope Poch can sort things out at half time and they claw something back from the game.  A draw would be perfect for us.
