I'm all for laughing at the rags but Moreno's actions are ridiculous and the fact that you think they aren't worries me.

Exactly. Idc if he's using the segway on the pavement, idc if its on the road or whatever, but using it to push a pram, absolutely dangerous. And for those who don't see a problem in this, I'm sure if you had a new born you wouldn't be doing it or find it ok. I hope he gets a bollocking for it and a fine.

As a dog lover and not a parent, i was more concerned when he was snapped doing the same thing whilst walking his dog.

He's obviously more comfortable on a hover-board than his own two feet. Maybe if Jürgen let him do this on the pitch we'd see some improvement.

I do have a newborn (a 12 week old).  The reality is that IF Moreno is competent on the hover board -- which isn't that hard as all you need are good balance and coordination -- then it isn't dangerous.  I have some friends who own hover boards -- they are overweight, out of shape, and uncoordinated, and yet they never fall when operating these units.  Honestly, the baby is probably at greater risk while riding in a car, but no one is blowing up about the dangers of that.....

No worries   With a 12 week old, I'm a bit sleep deprived.  I read the post early this morning  (after having woke up on the metaphorical wrong side of the bed) and was like, "WTF? Really?!"

However, after Higgy pointed out my misinterpretation I was like, "I'm an idiot...."
