Italians for Liverpool

Any opinions on whether we should go for any of the players involved in Italian Club scandal? Personally I would try for maybe Gattuso, Nedved, maybe Toni?

I think Rafa may well try and pick up a couple of players from Italy as there will be a lot not wanting to play in Serie B. I could see him going for Cambiaso from Juve, right sided MF and quite a hard worker.

Not sure about him myseld though.

I heard a rumour a month or two ago about us going for Camoranesi, he would be a good signing I think but only for a few million. We dont need any defenders or central midfielders. Gerrard, Alonso, Sissoko, couldnt ask for better. Just need that right winger and another quality striker.

Well I have heard it a couple of times as well about him, not 100% convinced on him but we need some width on the right.

Would be nice to see another striker coming in as well.

Dont mind Camoranesi coming to LFC but that ponytail would have to go. This is Liverpool for gods sake!!!!!

Strikerwise I would very much like to see us get David Villa from Valencia. Second top scorer in La Liga last season after Eto'o. Scored 3 in World cup too.

Hmmmm I wouldn't mind Villa but I am not sure I can see Valencia letting him go & he would probably be out of our price range.

Be interesting to see if there is a striker lined up before the start of the season, I have noticed the Number 9 shirt is vacant still!!

Good point they did, well some of it!!! I wouldnt be paying any more than say 3 million on him though.

Interesting point rcasemore, number 9 shirt is still available. Maybe they might let fowler have it back , then number 11 will be free, bellamy has 17 doesnt he.

Ok probably wud be all right for me to hv Italians on the team esp Camorenesi. He's ok i suppose. So far no comments bout him after specs that Liverpool are bidding 4 him. we hv enuf strikers n mids. Strong defence man!!!

I would bring in camronesi as the RW, but i would also use young paul anderson a lot more this season he looked good against wrexham! Then id like to see toni/trezeguet up front 2! trezeguet prob, because with fiorentina probably being able to go straight backup to seria A nxt year they wont be selling Toni will they! so Camoranesi n Trezeguet they'd prob cost 3 n 8million respectively! not to bad i dont think! wat about you?

We need strikers with pace because fowler and crouch aint got any.
The players i think lfc could benifit from are Bent from Charlton or Defoe from tottenham (sorry if i spelt it wrong)  We have only got three strikers we will use day in day out and need atleast two more aswell as a right winger. But hopefully Benitez will use his common sence and go for a striker with pace technique and shot and pass accuracy. Im not very noligable with Italian strikers so please reply back with any suggestions cheers!  

I would defo take trezeguet as we could still do with 1 more striker and I would also try to sign camoranesi for right-hand side.
 
 It would also be good to see more of Anderson, he's got pace and that over-head kick in youth cup final would of graced as goal of season chart had it gone in.
