Goalkeepers are f**king painful! And i keep conceding some ridiculously unfortunate goals.

I go to sign Valdes for free and he wants 125k and walks away when i don't offer more than 100k. Then less than a week later signs for Nantes for 44k.

I go to sign Ricardo Rodriguez and they want 35m but then he gets unhappy they reject my bids. I go back in for 25m and they reject. One week later they accept 8.5m bids from PSG and another team and he signs for them.

Kids worth 100k i bid 1m for and their club wants 25m for a 16 year old defender in the youth team and won't budge. So many more scenarios like that.

      So crap.

And attacking central midfielders do nothing. Only wingers. And when players dribble they run straight in to defenders.

Guaranteed to have 65% possession and 20+ shots and rarely score twice, if at all. They get one chance and score.

I would say you are managing Liverpool. Our manager has the same issue ;).

For me the game is so good when we doesn't go against match engine. If you instructed your GK to pass it short and pass to a CD/FB, after few games AI will figure it out and will press the defense when you GK in possession and you will concede cheap goals. Its happening in real life with Mignolet, so why not in a game ;).

I would say sign a GK with top composure, anticipation and concentration if you are instructing him to keep the ball. Other wise boot it long  :D.

Transfer programs are annoying, i agree. However they have improved from last one. Like clubs will not accept 0m upfront and 30m in 48 months anymore  :). Always offer some ridiculous clauses to the offer. Like 10m after 50 goals to a DM/CM, or 20m after an international appearance to a German player(German bug ;D)

The game is so enjoyable when you care more about tactics rather than transfers.  Like i was conceding some goals through long passes from small clubs. When i analyzed the goals, found that the CD is charging to win the ball because he was in stopper role, but the covering defender is not usually close to him and opposition are winning the second ball easily. I changed my DM from registra to Half back, now he is dropping back when defender push ahead to win the long ball.

William Carvalho (who up until FM15 I'd never heard of) is a F***ing beast.

Liverpool are too good in this. Which makes it so boring.

I started a save with Fulham. Wanted a balanced CM, Signed one Vicente from Spain for 500k, what a beast. Their attack is pretty good with Roberts as a future star. CM is a position you need immediate upgrade.
Signed Dele Alli in Jan window and he scored about 8-9 goals from there. Got promoted and had about 15m to spend. Signed one good striker from Ajax and Horne for GK position. Picked up Pearce on free transfer, and Will Hughes for 9m.

12-15th finish was the target, created a counter 4-1-4-1 high press tactic. The lucky break was getting Dealufu on loan. He score 11 goals and assisted 9. Beat Arsenal 4-0, got a draw at chelsea. Liverpool finished 2nd, Chelsea won the league, United 3rd and me 4th.

The table was funny, first Liverpool coming 2nd, of all the saves i had, BR got sacked in his first season, this is the first time i saw him doing well in the game :). City finished 8th .

Only team i didn't had an answer was United. Their diamond with Two strikers and one AM over ran my defense on both home and away games.

To anybody with a Liverpool save after a couple of seasons, how well have the likes of Ojo, Canos, Chirivella, Sinclair and Wilson developed? On FM14 the first 4 became quality on my Liverpool save. Hoping they develop to the same quality this year.

In my Fulham save, only Rossister developed well. Infact he is one of the CM in the game.

Rossiter develops really well especially after i got Gil Romero tutoring him after a couple loan spells. He's rotated with Ruben Neves for me in the DM position or if i want to play tighter. England first team and all round boss statistics.

Wilson looked so promising but nothing came of him.

      Ojo is crap.

      Sinclair crap.

      Canos crap.

      Chirivella crap.

Stay with it guys and just play around with tactics a bunch. Get creative and i think you'll enjoy it more.

Of course you'll never keep a clean sheet and keepers are trash but that's ok.

Currently rocking a 3-5-2 formation with defensive wingers. Very different to any tactic I've used before and liking it.

Just add 20 managers in the game and take over every PL side.

Pavel Savitskiy or however you spell it is the ultimate signing for any PL side. Especially Burnley et al.

True. 100k or so at the start. Will rise up to 20m in one season.

Oblak is alright for me. Think 25m or so.

Plamen Illiev is the very cheap option who is decent.

Started a game with Blackburn, won the Championship and I'm now in my first season in the EPL, currently in the 5th position. I've assembled a pretty good squad, even though it heavily relies on loanees such as Kurt Zouma (Chelsea) as the heart of my defence and Angel Correa (Atletico Madrid) as my most creative midfielder. Other players on loan include my only decent left back in Ben Davies (Spurs), my striker Babacar (who I've signed permanently on a free from Fiorentina for next season), my regista Montolivo (Milan) and a few other squad players.

It means that, from my most frequent starting lineup, 5 are players on loan.

Viviano; Nica, Zouma, Balanta, Davies; Montolivo, Hughes, Correa, Stanciu; Babacar, Rhodes.

Balanta is a recent January signing; before him, I had Gyomber as a CB - that guy is a must buy for middle sized clubs, one of the best bargains in the game, highly recommended.

And Rhodes is unreal, truly amazing. If I remember correctly, he already has over 30 goals this season and it's still January. The season before in the Championship, he scored something like 40 goals and made 15+ assists... all of that playing as a Complete Forward. He's a machine.

This is my latest match... not bad I say:

Stanciu was playing as a Regista despite being an attacking midfielder (Montolivo is injured) and I had Odegaard (yes, I got him last season by offering crazy wages for a 16 year old :D) starting as AM.
