Voted to keep him too but am also not too far from being pushed over the edge. Main thing for me is the persistence of Lovren/Johnson/Gerrard and the formation. Do what we brought him for and show his managerial worth over the next few games or I will lose any confidence he has earned up to this point.

      Agree.

Three more results like the last three and I'm not sure many would be left in the 'yes' camp.

I voted yes, always thought we'd struggle up to January at the beginning of the season, nothings changed, just were struggling a lot worse than I expected us to, maybe the loss of Sturridge has something to do with that ?

Whatever happens i feel that Brendan must at least be given to the end of the Season. This is the test that will make or break him i feel.

Things are seriously wrong with this Squad and Brendan must now prove that he can adapt and be brave in his decision making. He will never have had to deal with pressure like this before and i hope he can come out the other side unscathed.

I'm not going to lie, i am firmly in the 'doubter' camp at this moment in time. Nothing is changing and without change we will not see improvement. Brendan has some serious questions that he needs to answer himself. Unless he is honest then this could all come down around him. If he needs help then he should ask for it, there are plenty of legends still involved with and in and around the Club who would be more than happy to help.

My mate said he feels that the Ludogorets game tomorrow night is the be all and end all for Rodgers. I hope it isn't.

As long as we see continual progress for the rest of the Season then he should be safe.

Brendan has to stay for now.

Give him a chance to see his errors and build on them. If he fails to do so then we all move on, however this buying committee also have to have a serious look at themselves, some shocking decisions recently, cant blame one man for that

Whilst I voted for him to stay, and only because I don't believe it would make a positive difference if he went, I do want all transfer responsibility removed from him in the Summer. The guy has to have the single worst record in the market of any manager ever. Two successes out of twenty five players signed is an abysmal record. I can understand he can't get his first choice players because of the unofficial wage cap but we should be doing better with our second choice players.

I missed the poll bout would have voted "yes". Agree with Luke and Si though the persistance with the underperforming players and formation really isn't winning him any favours.

A quite number of reds fans I have spoken to over the last week are not as confident and upbeat about Rodger's abillity to get us out of the sh*t. From my experience had you polled the "general public" the figure would more likely be 50-50.

It will only be a matter of time before the negativity spreads to the terraces if it hasn't allready, would only make his job then that much harder.

      Voted No.

Has till season end to prove he can pull it back, looking at it though I doubt he will.

Voted no, simply because I see no improvement whatsoever since the start of the season. Never taken to him, didn't want him but last season had me wavering, if he's half the manager he thinks he is, he'll turn it around.
Won't hold my breath, but really hope he does it, for us, not him!
