Whoever is playing, we need to be behind our team from the 1st second. Let just forget our issues for these 90 minutes so to try and up the game. YNWA We are the best fans in the world because we support the team no matter what!  ;)

Anfield waiting for a big night
      [/size]

Starting XI: Mignolet, Johnson, Enrique, Lovren, Skrtel, Lucas, Allen, Henderson, Gerrard, Sterling, Lambert

Subs: Jones, Sakho, Moreno, Can, Lallana, Coutinho, Markovic

Brendan Rodgers makes four changes to his Liverpool starting XI for the Reds' crucial Champions League encounter with FC Basel at Anfield tonight.

The manager restores captain Steven Gerrard to the team in place of Adam Lallana, while Joe Allen also comes into the midfield to take Philippe Coutinho's place.

Rodgers opts for two changes to the defence that kept Sunderland at bay in the Barclays Premier League on Saturday. Dejan Lovren is in for Kolo Toure, who has a groin injury, while Jose Enrique comes in for compatriot Alberto Moreno.

Rickie Lambert will spearhead the team's attack in a game that they simply must win in order to qualify for the knockout stages of the competition.

Elsewhere for the home side, French defender Mamadou Sakho takes his place on a strong substitutes' bench for the clash against Paulo Sousa's reigning Swiss champions.

Glad Sahko is on the bench if Lovren starts making a clown of himself again. Toure obviously injured.

Lucas, Henderson and Allen with Gerrard up supporting Lambert as one of the attacking 3 doesn't give us much pace aside from Sterling.

      What the F***ing F**k....

Lovren?!  Johnson???  Toure not even on the BENCH?!

A "must win" and both Coutinho AND Lallana are on the bench?

Henderson, Lucas, Stevie AND Allen??  Four useless midfielders?

This just keeps getting more and more bizarre.

Kolo Toure has been ruled out of this evening’s clash with FC Basel due to a groin injury.

Why are Joe Allen, Dejan Lovren and Jordan Henderson starting a must-win CL game for Liverpool?

      C'mon lads let's do this.

No Borini on the bench again.

I think the lad is sh*t, but no striker on the bench is just stupid.

If we get knocked out by a team stupid enough to employ Phillip Degen I'm supporting Leicester.

Didn't even know about Toure's injury, that's a massive blow for us but a huge opportunity for the lad to show us what he's really made of. Wont get a better one to give himself and the fans some confidence in him.

Goals is going to be tough and these are no slouch in attack either, I think it's going to be an extremely difficult game. I said to win the Ludo match away would prove more difficult than beating these at home, well we didn't manage to beat Ludo so going by that logic we're up against it.

Heart says yes, head says no, would have been much more confident of shutting them out had we had Kolo in the side, that injury might just end up costing us.

Surprise us red men, show some strength of character and fight for the shirt, do us proud out there tonight and give us something to look forward to!!! COME ON!
