I have seen stats showing that Lallana is the most intensive sprinter in the league. His body works like the one of cheetah. Short quick bursts but needs more recovery time than a work horse like Henderson. Brendans management of Adams playing time says it all.
We´re about to enter a period of 5 games in 16 days. Rodgers simply must rotate.
