I would absolute love him at LFC, but hasn't he signed a new contract?

An absolute huge talent and if he stays at Villarreal expect him to move on in a few years time for mega money. The likeliness to Sergio Aguero is certainly there and the lad can certainly finish.

He has only been at Villarreal for 5 months so I doubt he will have signed a contract since then.

Seems like this would be more of a summer deal if anything to be honest. I can't see Villarreal looking to sell him after only 6 months of football despite the profit they'll make on him.

Its no secret that Villarreal have had financial issues, but that is now a thing of the past so I would not expect a cheap bid to be accepted. 

Looks like a player we could do with - but after only spending 6 months there and scoring 1 in 2 I doubt they would be willing to part with him. Summer transfer will be more likely, but hey - who knows?!

It looks like a Fenway signing if I ever saw one. I'd think Borini + a few bills would get it done.
