That's a phenomenal return for the Academy, any Academy mate, I think the normal return is 1 every 2-3 seasons.  I know we've not been productive enough over the last 15 years or so even though recently a few are starting to make their way in the game.  Robinson and Coady at Huddersfield, Ayala at Middlesbrough, Ince at wherever his Dad feels like pimping him out to.

There are so many now that could make it into the squad and not just the usual suspects that are the standouts but there are an awful lot who are quietly working away, improving all the time that could yet be surprise talents.

Kent's a hand full that's for sure mate.  Not so refined as say Wilson but he causes all sorts of problems for the opposition.  Phillips is another technically good player and a great athlete, he gave up on a promising cycling career last summer to concentrate on his football.
