We can't afford anything less than 3 pts or Top 4 will be a dream for next year.

Hopefully Raheem and Couts are ok and Lallana has recovered because it looks like Lucas will be out.

Allen despite all his doubters has done pretty well against the Spuds I have no worries with him replacing Lucas.

Same back 3 with Hendo and Allen in the middle and possibly Ibe and Marko as the wing backs leaving Raheem, Couts and Sturridge as the front 3.

Confident we can do them 2-0 to the mighty Red Men

It's a pity Kolo is still away.
Would like to see him at RCB with Can moving forward to replace the injured Lucas.

Depending on injuries, if Lucas, Coutinho, Sterling, Lallana and Balotelli are all fit:

It's far to early for Kolo to come back in the side, he needs a rest after the ACON final.

      Mignolet

      Emre Can
      Skrtel
      Sakho

      Ibe
      Henderson (c)
      Lucas
      Moreno

      Sterling
      Coutinho

      Sturridge

Subs: Ward; Johnson, Lovren; Gerrard; Lallana, Markovic; Balotelli.

If they're all injured for the game, we may have to go with this side:

      Mignolet

      Lovren
      Skrtel
      Sakho

      Markovic
      Henderson
      Emre Can
      Moreno

      Gerrard (c)
      Ibe

      Sturridge

Subs: Ward; Johnson, Manquillo, Enrique; Allen; Borini, Lambert.

Confident of a victory either way, 2-1 to us.

Unless forced, I wouldn't change the starting 11 from our previous few games.  I can't see Stevie starting after the derby game but I can see Ibe keeping his place.  Hopefully our injury concerns are unfounded as losing Raheem, Lucas and Cou at this stage of the season could be catastrophic for our league and cup ambitions.

Not sure if Danny is ready for a start yet, he looked way off the pace on Saturday but I trust Brendan to make the right call.

Boss' latest on Adam, Philippe and Raheem
      9th Feb 2015 - Latest News

Liverpool will assess the availability of Philippe Coutinho, Adam Lallana and Raheem Sterling ahead of Tuesday night's Anfield clash with Tottenham Hotspur.

Coutinho was withdrawn 56 minutes into the Merseyside derby on Saturday, while Sterling departed eight minutes before the end of a goalless draw with Everton.

Lallana, meanwhile, was not named in the squad for the short trip to Goodison Park, and Brendan Rodgers provided details on their respective conditions.

The boss said: "Phil Coutinho had a knock on his knee and Raheem had a knock on his foot. We had fresh players on the bench to bring on and hopefully they will be fit for Tuesday."

On Lallana specifically, the Northern Irishman added: "We need to see how he is but he has a big possibility for Tuesday."

      Won't have a choice debs.
      Lucas is out.

Only question is move Gerrard deeper and start Sturridge,
      or start Allen.

Lucas didn't train today, question marks about Coutinho, Sterling and Lallana's fitness.
Got a very funny feeling we may go back to our 4 at the back for this game. Could be...

                                 Mignolet
              Manquillo  Skrtel   Sakho   Moreno
                          Henderson  Can
                   Markovic  Coutinho  Sterling
                               Sturridge

Ward; Johnson, Lovren; Allen, Lallana; Borini, Lambert.

Guess Markovic is fit to start, he'll go back to the RWB role. Hoping Lallana is fit,

      Mignolet
      Can-Skrtel-Sakho
      Markovic-Hendo-Allen-Moreno
      Ibe-Lallana
      Sturridge

If Lallana cant start and Sterling, Couts aint fit, Stevie will start I guess or may be Johnson plays RWB and Markovic plays as part of the front-3

Without Lucas and Coutinho, we'll lack ball players & creativity down the middle. If they are unfit for the game, I think we should try something different and play more direct.

           Lovren Skrtel Sahko
      Ibe     Hendo   Can    Markovic
                    Lallana
             Balotelli  Sturridge

                     Mignolet

      Lovren        Skrtel          Sakho

           Ibe  Hendo   Can  Moreno

         Lallana   Sturridge   Coutinho

That's my guess, although knowing Brendan's love for Allen, Can will likely be playing CB and Allen will play in midfield.

      F***, a***, b******s, sh**

Couts and Sterling are key for me, and actually would even say Couts is more influential than terling at the moment. Really hope he gets fit.

Even if Sterling was out, Couts, Lallana and Markovic in the centre behind Studge and in front of Hendo and Can in the middle. Without any of Couts or Sterling, we look slower and more predictable tbh.

They'll be buzzing on the back of the weekend's win and will be out for revenge for earlier in the season, so our DMs and defence has to be on top form. Especially with Kane and Erikssen on such good form.

I hope Studge starts, he's looked sharp in both times he's come on, so it's about time to unleash the man. We can win this. I'm going for 2-0 win for us.

Hope we keep Can at the back even if that means Allen plays in midfield. Don't really want us to disturb that back three that's been working so well. Would like to see Ibe keep his place and Markovic come back in for Moreno on the left hand side. Expecting Sturridge to start with 2 from Coutinho/Sterling/Lallana (depending on fitness).

EDIT: Brendan's just said Coutinho, Sterling and Lallana should all be fine for tomorrow. I'd go for the former two then with Lallana coming off the bench.

But Lucas is out? That's a big blow for me. He's become so key to our defensive capabilities and balance, it's hard to imagine it without him. I guess that'll mean Hendo and Allen or Can provided Lovren is up to it. Please don't start SG alongside Hendo.

Can't see it FL, that lineup would leave Ibe terribly exposed on the right with Lovren to cover for.  Get Allen in as cover for Lucas with instructions to Can to break out of defense when possible but we need to keep the changes to the setup, system and players to a minimum.

Brendan Rodgers has confirmed Lucas Leiva is facing a spell on the sidelines due to a groin injury - but Philippe Coutinho, Raheem Sterling and Adam Lallana are fit to face Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday.

      I'd probably go with this:

      Mignolet
      Can     Skrtel     Sakho
             Ibe       Allen     Hendo       Markovic
      Lallana          Coutinho
      Sturridge

Lallana in for his pressing. Don't particularly want Allen in midfield, but that back 3 has been so good together I'm not sure it's worth moving Can out of.

Bad news re Lucas but expected as much and can cope but Relief that Sterling and Couts should be ok.

Lallana off the bench would be an excellent thing also.

Don't know what BR have in mind for the line-up for this one now that lucas is not available
Personally I would prefer Can to replace him and replace Can with someone else for the defence
