So it looks like a winter world cup is going to happen are the FA going to now change the schedual in advance so the players are used to it before it starts of just do it that one off season then go back, only time will tell.
do we think a winter break in general will be a good thing due to players have rest as fixtures get clogged up around dec and dont start to fizzle out till march.. if your in cups,europe etc.
We would miss the xmas and new year games but physically it might be a good thing for the team as they would get to see their familes over the holidays and rest up ready to take the 2nd half of the season on.
