will be at this one tomorrow.  my first game in years.  bit gutted that Ibe isn't fit, I was really hoping to see him in person.  But seeing Can might just make up for it!

      must win for us.

Could work with 3 in the back as a 3-1-4-1-1. A bit like how we played the second half at Swansea.

they were given to me by a mate I used to work with.   :)   he's had to be out of the country for work and he owed me one so they're mine.

Enjoy the match. I forgot it was the earlier kick off, a visit to the cinema with my younger cousin will have to be delayed :D

      Mignolet

      Can  Toure  Sakho

      Lucas

      Markovic  Allen  Henderson  Moreno

      Coutinho

      Sterling

The more I look at this the more I like it.

Defensively Lucas could drop in and make it a four but on the flip side if we have possession Can can easily step into midfield beside, and beyond, Lucas to give us another option with Markovic pushing up as a third forward.

      Lots of flexibility.

Sterling to bag a hat trick and ask for 200K a week.

      I'll take that.

Gonna be tough for sure with no Skrtel to look after Giroud who has scored in his last 5.

Hate going to the emirates, let's just hope the lads surprise us and get out of there with a smash and grab 3 points.

Today's the day we find out if money spent, on consolidation, was well spent.

We need this... 'mon the Reds.

Going to miss this as we're having to travel home 24hrs later due to my accident, gone for a 2-1 win to the Reds and hoping for favourable results elsewhere to facilitate or table climbing!

More than a bit worried about this one which wasnt the case until the munts , a draw or above will be a good result down there ,  just feel there is too much going on at  the club and for all the wrong reasons again , anyhows come on you reds get up for it .

Very bad feeling about this game, we must go for the win, a draw will be useless and in their favour ...

Only 1 win in the last 18 away games against Arsenal, that's pathetic. We best buck the trend today or top 4 will be over.

If we don't get a win today we won't be finishing above Arsenal.  Simple as that.

Lose and we'll probably end the weekend in 7th.

                                                  Sterling

I think we will line up as above, everyone has to put a shift in, absolutely no shirkers required, I'd tell the players in no uncertain terms they are playing for their lives and any under par performances and they could be plucking splinters from their arses for a while,

That gooner above is right, get in amongst their mids they don't like it, get close and personal and suffocate them, don't let them breath, if not they could very well give us an absolute pasting, their best performance this season was their destruction of City, they are well capable of inflicting us with the same, but not if we can stifle them,

Skrtle is a massive miss for us, so no doubt Arsene will target our weak back line using Giroud as his main weapon, so we need to stop the supply,
We have no got a good history at the Emirates but that's not to say we can't do a smash N grab effort, we need to be at the top of our game, play a consistent tempo with crisp, sharp passing when we have the ball, then work like Trojans when they have it,

I was ultra confident against the Munts and had we won that I'd be the same today, but confidence is a tad lower for obvious reasons but I still feel we can leave with a result, this is a real test of character for our lads, a draw we're still in the race, lose and I think the mountain will prove to high, but win, then I believe we will finish 4th at least,

This could be a dress rehearsal for the cup final, let's make sure we get a wee psycho boost by robbing the goons of a certain CL spot, and then compound it by doing them again in the final,

Would take a draw. This lot are bang in form and on their turf. Gonna be really tough. Plus we always play better when I don't expect much... :-) top achievable with a point as long as utd get battered by Chelsea and city

Like most was confident going into the Scum game, so looking out how that turned out maybe my lack of confidence going into this is a good sign? Let's hope so, 3 points would be a big achievement and put us right back in the mix. Lose and CL qualification may be out of reach.

It certainly bucks the trend that we play well against teams who play good football and attack.

I wouldn't Karl lad and I hope that isn't the way we go out to play. Top 4 is a big ask after that United defeat and performance so I hope we go out there and put it all out for a win.

Anything other than a win today and it's goodbye CL next year in my opinion.

The good thing is......we can and should have been preparing for how we know Arsene will send them out. He doesn't change to the opposition and whilst I'm generally a fan of having a settled style of play - it does mean we can really work on exploiting their weaknesses and playing to our strengths.

Ultimately that's where LVG was successful against us.

Lucas back in and Toure over Lovren. Wow. That's damning putting the free transfer in over the £20million player.

Delighted to see Lucas back in.

Toure has something to prove to Arsene too.....he chose Gallas over him didn't he...?
