I honestly think the only way Rodgers integrates a player like Lacazette is if Sturridge is set to be offloaded at some point.

For anybody to want to take the risk with Sturridge he'd have to show he's over his injuries and that may take longer than people think. He's been injury prone since his City days.

agree with King Kenny on this one FSG are not going to sign off on another striker unless they terminate Mario, Borini's contracts and pay compensation. Plus when Sturridge is back we have a striker just as good as him if not better.

Given the individual training schedule/diet etc that he gets I'd say no, I think he's just at a point in his career where he's injury prone.

Don't forget that the last bout of injury started last year with project F***ing owl putting him on wind training the morning after an England match so if it is mismanagement then that bout lands at the base of hodgsons tree.
