Apparently that radio station doesn't exist according to Rafa Honigstein.

Wonder if he does end up here eventually, will FSG try appoint a DOF, and would he work under one?

I'd much prefer that model over the transfer committee at the moment. (As long as it was a joint decision by both men)

He's always worked under one so can't see it being a problem mate.

I think I'd prefer that setup here if he ended up here. Esepcially if it meant the committee is disbanded so to speak as that definitely doesn't work. Who we'd get in as DOF would be another question entirely then.

Raf Raf Honigstein is a respected German journo with his finger on the pulse (apparently). It's a quote from him as recent at April 29th 2015

"...It would be very hard for Jürgen Klopp to turn Liverpool down."

We CAN be very very special but we are not at the moment.
We need to have Anfield buzzing again thats going to mean having a HUGE investment in very special players.

I like Klopp,  but it's a bit silly to act like he's the only manager that can be animated and exciting. Especially when winning!

Heck even Wenger does a few double fist pumps when the Arse do something really special.

Dortmund won their last game but finished 7th

I can only imagine it will be really tough for whoever gets the Dortmund job after him

Wolfsburg have invested well and already finished 2nd this season; I would think it's gonna be harder to keep their stars players without Klopp there as well

Klopp was originally on FSG's hitlist back in January 2011 until Kenny signed a full time contact in May 2011. He was, along with AVB who was doing wonders at Porto, at the top of the list. I wouldn't be surprised if FSG convince themselves that they can justifiably sack Brendan because their initial instincts 'were always right', a year before Brendan came on to the scene with Swansea.
