      Why is he always alienating Balotelli as being sh*t but nobody else in the team? I don't see him saying Gerrard, Johnson or anybody else doesn't deserve to be in the squad. They've been just as bad.

      I think it's to emphasise the point to the owners.

      My opinion is that the "categorical" comment was the had veto'd Balotelli and got lumbered with him anyway.
