Can see trent back in if he trains OK today/tomorrow

Me too, well hopefully him seeing the performance the team put in from the bench will do him good as it did Salah.

having seen how well Milly was supported if Trent plays we have to cover for him when he goes forward it was superb yesterday our defence looked like a fortress again.

James Milner, I am sorry. You have turned up for us time and time again. You have played positions that are unnatural to you without complaint. You have scored some massive PKs in shoot outs and big games, and you have led by example on and off the field. I doubted you and im sorry. I'm an asshole.

I would leave the back 4 as it was on Sunday if Milly is fit he should keep his place its the best defensive display we have had for sometime.
Trent may benefit from some time to reflect on his career and where he goes from here. He is an incredible part of our success recently but Southgate and the media have played with his head.

      What a cameo

Steadied the ship, saved a certain goal, when all around him were losing the plot.

      On ya Jimmy!

Just when I cast him into the land of the abyss  (I called him the worst player in the prem this season) he goes and has a week like this. Damn was I wrong. Massive the last 2 games. The definition of professional. Liverpool legend. What a player

Never really got a good angle of it on camera. Didn't realize that.

Ali to the rescue again, ably assisted by Jimmy!

I would play him at RB against Tottenham. Neither him or TAA have the desired pace you would need, but you know Miky will give you the effort. He did against City

He's been playing premier league football for 20 years this week.
3 of the players in the squad for the Southampton game weren't born when he made is debut- Elliot, Bajcetic and Doak. Carvalho was 6 weeks old.
      Incredible career.
